Youth hacked to death in Sylhet

A young man was hacked to death by a group of miscreants at Jindabazar in Sylhet city on Saturday night.
The deceased was identified as Misbah Uddin, 20, son of Rahmat Ullah, a resident of Majumdari area of the city. A group of miscreants hacked Misbah indiscriminately with sharp weapon around 8am, leaving him seriously injured, said officer-in-charge of Kotwali Model Police Station Shohel Ahmed, quoting witnesses.
 Later, locals took Misbah to Sylhet Osmani Medical College Hospital where duty doctors declared him dead. Misbah might have been killed over previous enmity, the OC added.
