Another woman, who suffered burn injuries in a fire at a match factory in Ashulia of Savar upazila last week, succumbed to her injuries at Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) yesterday morning, reports UNB.
The deceased was identified as Mahmuda, 26. She was admitted at the burn unit of DMCH with 30 per cent burn injuries.
Mahmuda died around 09:15 am, said sub-inspector Bachchu Miah, in-charge of DMCH police camp.
Earlier, two of the burn-injured women died at the same hospital on Wednesday and Thursday.
Thirty female workers sustained burn injuries in a fire that broke out at a warehouse of ‘Colour Match BD’ at Jirabo Fulbagan in Ashulia around 4:30pm on November 22.
