Two-day bird fair begins in Rajshahi
RAJSHAHI: A two-day cage bird fair began in the city yesterday. Cage Bird Association of Rajshahi (CBAR) is hosting the fair at Muktijoddha Sangsad Bhaban at Shaheed Quamaruzzaman Crossing. Additional Deputy Inspector General of Police of Rajshahi range (Crime and Operation) Nisharul Arif attended and addressed the inaugural session as chief guest with CBAR Member Ferdous Ara Munni in the chair. The speakers called for protecting the nature and natural resources. They also voiced for time-befitting and effective measures for conservation of biodiversity in the region.
