For Lux Channel i superstar Suma Afroze, she has completed a decade in modelling and acting on the small screen. For her contributions towards her field, she received the ‘Noyon Moni Cultural Award’, organised by Shubechchha Sangskritik Forum on November 22. Liberation War Affairs Minister AKM Mozammel Huq handed over the award to the delighted Suma Afroze. Suma Afroze has modeled for several TVCs such as Lux directed by eminent director Amitabh Reza Chowdhury, Fair & Lovely by Parvez. She acted in the tele-drama ‘Ek Nijhum Aranya’ by Rumana Rashid Ishita and received immense praise for her performance in Salauddin Lavlu’s Eid-tele-drama ‘Kankabati’. She also modelled for Nancy’s music video for the song ‘Bhalobasa Boley’, directed by Chandan Ray Chowdhury. Recently she modelled for a TVC for a pipe brand directed by Monir Hossain Jibon.
