Law minister inks documents from US

The law minister, Anisul Huq, who is now in the USA on a personal visit, has signed many important official files from there and sent those back to the country to continue business as usual. The minister put his signature on some important documents after revising those using the internet, Public Relation officer of the law ministry Dr Md Rezaul Karim said. He also said that the minister has already signed on the document of -- District Parishad Election Rules, City Corporation Election Rules, Upzila Parishad Election Rules and Palli Sanchay Bank (PSB) ordinance -- in the meantime from the USA. The minister left the country on November 6 for treatment of his ailing younger brother is expected to return home on November 20. The ministry official said the minister is monitoring all activities of his office from there and will continue signing the important official documents till November 19.
