A Sylhet court on Tuesday rejected the bail plea of Abdul Hye, son of industrialist Raghib Ali, in a case filed over forging land ministry document to grab temporality and ownership of Tarapur Tea Estate in Sylhet.
Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Saiduzzaman Hero yesterday passed the order hearing the bail petition of Abdul Hye in the grabbing case of the Tarapur Tea Estate, a religious Deity asset.
The next date of hearing has been fixed on December 4, 2016. Industrialist and self styled philanthropist Ragib Ali is now absconding in the case.
