hearing continues till Nov 17

Against the backdrop of dissatisfaction of mobile phone subscribers on quality of services Bangladesh Telecommu-nication Regulatory Com-mission (BTRC) is going to hold a public hearing to listen to subscribers’ complaints on November 22 from 9 am to 5pm.

To participate in the hearing, BTRC has requested the subscribers to register themselves by calling to BTRC call centre “2872” or filling up the specific form available on BTRC website: http://www.btrc.gov.bd/registration-form within November 17, said a BTRC press release.
The interested candidate would be informed through mail or SMS or phone call about the participation in the hearing.
The hearing would take place in Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB) where the subscriber could say their experiences and opinion on call drop, voice call as well as internet bundle packages and prices. This is the first time that BTRC is hosting such an event to resolve the issues.
At the public hearing, the senior executives of the mobile operators will be present and they have to respond to queries and complaints.
