IBA announces biggest business competition

The Institute of Business Administration (IBA) of Dhaka University yesterday announced the biggest competition where business students from across the country would showcase their talents in the field of marketing.
IBA Communication Club (IBACC) announced the Brandwitz'16 at a press conference at the IBA Conference Room at Dhaka University. Professor Dr A K M Saiful Majid, director of BBA programme, IBA, and K M Masudur Rahman, executive director, Noman Group, were present at the press conference among others, reports BSS.
This year, IBACC will be conducting the road shows in various universities across Bangladesh for Brandwitz'16 where the students will learn about Brandwitz '16 and will be invited officially to participate and be a part of the knowledge sharing platform where each of them can learn something from the other.
Each team in Brandwitz must have four members with one member as the team leader. The online preliminary round will begin on November 17 when a case will be posted on the Brandwitz website. The competition's registration will be done through this online case solving round.
The selected teams move forward and attend a workshop which explains the details of the next three next rounds. After the online preliminary round, the first round will be an instant case solving.
The winning teams will progress to the Branding round and from there the deserving teams move on to the grand finale that is to be held in Dhaka shortly. The entire competition will take place within a span of 4-5 weeks with specific details to be notified to the participating teams as they progress further into the competition.
IBACC has been hosting the Inter Business School Marketing and Branding Competition-Brandwitz since 2008.
