A six-day 6th Oriental Painting Exhibition will begin today at Zainul Gallery of Dhaka University Fine Arts Faculty, reports BSS.
Vice-Chancellor Professor AAMS Arefin Siddique will open the exhibition as chief guest at a function at Bakultala on the premises of Fine Arts Faculty at 3pm.
Bengal Foundation Chairman Abul Khayer will also join the function which will be hosted by Oriental Painting Study Group (OPSG).
The exhibition will remain open from 11am to 8pm everyday between November 8 and 13.
Besides, a five-day workshop on Oriental Wash Painting Workshop 2016 will begin today at the Oriental Art Department under the faculty.
Eminent Indian artist Swapan Das will join the workshop as trainer.
