I am hopeful about new TVCs
Dazzling model-actress Irin Afrose, a youthful promising artiste, is currently spending busy time in the countrys showbiz. For her solid commitment to the work, she has already gained a firm position in the media. As a result, keeping complete faith on her, noted directors are featuring the brilliant actress in the key roles of their projects, be it a TVC, a tele-drama or a drama serial.
Irin Afrose has recently worked in two new TVCs. DhakaLives Nazir Hossain has discovered more about the new TVCs and her other ongoing works through a recent interview. Excerpts follow:
Tell us about your new TVCs you have modelled in recently.
Irin Afrose: I have worked in two new TVCs for two products of RFL recently. One of the TVCs shooting was held in Chittagong on October 25. And I have taken part in the shooting of another TVC next day in Gazipur. Nafiz Reza and Hasan Toufik Ankur are the directors of the TVCs respectively.
How did the shooting of the TVCs go on?
Irin Afrose: I have gathered two completely different types of experiences during the shooting of the TVCs. I travelled to Chittagong for any kind of shooting for the first time. We needed a cloudy day there, but we worked on a sunny day in Chittagong. On the other hand, the shooting for the TVC in Gazipur required a sunny day, but it was a rainy day. Thus it was completely an opposite environment at two places. But, brining a slight change in the concept we have done the work competently. Overall, both the works seemed to be wonderful in the end.
How is your feeling about working with the directors of these TVCs?
Irin Afrose: I have worked with Hasan Toufik Ankur before. I modelled in a TVC during last Ramadan for Basundhara Shopping Mall under his direction. My first work with him earned me positive impression; that is why, taking the trouble of working in an unfavourable conditionas it was raining cats and dogs, I have completed the shooting of his TVC. Besides, working with Nafiz Reza for the TVC in Chittagong was also a wonderful experience for me.
What is your expectation about the TVCs?
Irin Afrose: Every artiste is optimistic about the work they do, so am I. I hope both the TVCs will earn appreciation from the viewers.
Tell us about your recent works.
Irin Afrose: Two of my other TVCs are being currently aired on various TV channels. Brilliant TVC maker Golam Haider Kisloo made both TVCs, namely Glaxose D and Norix emergency contraceptive pill. Moreover, three drama serials featuring me in the prominent roles are now being aired; these are Ekti Babui Pakhir Basa directed by Sakal Ahmed, Shunnata directed by Amlan Biswas and Mabrur Rashid Bannahs Back Bencher.
