Investigators yesterday hinted that they will submit chargesheet against Popular Diagnostic staff Hasibur Rahman Sumon in a case filed in connection with filming a patient who was on a toilet, very soon.

As the remand was ended yesterday, the accused would be produced before the court today (Tuesday) and investigator expected that he would give confessional statement before the magistrate.  
Inspector Khairul Islam of Dhanmandi Police Station, who is also the investigation officer of the case said, the two days remand was ended yesterday (Monday).
During the interrogation, Sumon admitted of filming the woman patient secretly, the police officer said. We also found evidences on his mobile, he added.  
 We did not find involvement of any others except Sumon, he said adding that after completing some legal procedures, we shall submit chargesheet against Sumon only.
On Saturday, police arrested Sumon for sneaking into a toilet and filming a female patient. The incident took place in the morning, sub-inspector Mamunur Rashid of Dhanmondi police station said. The female patient went to the centre for a urine test around 7am. While she was using the toilet to provide a sample, Sumon, a phone operator, filmed her through the toilet window with his mobile phone. After she saw him, she screamed. 
Md Mosaddeque Hossain, general manager (customer services) of the diagnostic centre, said Rahman was sacked following the incident. Police found a video filmed for a few seconds in his phone, Ripon Kumar Saha, sub-inspector of Dhanmondi Police station, said the video, however, did not show any face.
Later, Rahman was produced before a Dhaka court around 1pm with a remand prayer, showing him arrested in a case filed under Pornography Control Act.
