Ex-IGP Ismail Hossain passes away

Former Inspector General of Police (IGP) Md Ismail Hossain breathed his last at Apollo Hospital in the capital yesterday morning, a press release said. He was 75, reports BSS.
Ismail left behind two daughters, host of relatives and well-wishers to mourn his death.
His Namaz-e-Janaza was held in Shaheed Siru Miah Auditorium at Razarbagh Police Lines this noon. IGP AKM Shahidul Hoque, additional IGP Dr Md Jabed Patwari, additional IGP 
Sheikh Himayet Hossain, additional IGP Md Mokhlesur Rahman, other top police officials, friends and family members of the deceased joined the prayers, among others.
