State Minister for Power, Energy and Mineral Resources Nasrul Hamid yesterday asked the young entrepreneurs to take up initiatives for contributing to the country's economic uplift, reports BSS.
Bangladesh is not a small market now as the domestic market is gradually expanding, Hamid said. The state minister urged the young entrepreneurs to help overcome limitations on way to implementing the initiatives.
He was addressing a seminar entitled "Industry Reading for Digitalization of Government Services' as the chief guest at International Convention City, Bashudhara in the city.
BASIS director Mostafizur Rahman Sohel presented the keynote paper in the seminar, while Microsoft director Bibek Rabindra, sales director Ajit Roy and Divine IT managing director Iqbal Ahmed were the panelists.
Senior vice president of BASIS Russel T Ahmed moderated the seminar.
