Woman dies falling from autorickshaw

Sirajganj: A septuagenarian woman died after falling from a CNG-run auto rickshaw at Shahebganj Bazar in Raiganj upazila on Tuesday night, reports UNB.
The deceased was identified as Nilima Ghosh, 70, wife of Kalipada Ghosh, a resident of Chandaikona village.
Family sources of the victim said Nilima along with her family members was going to a relative’s house at Nalka by a CNG-run autorickshaw. The elderly woman fell from the vehicle on the road at Shahebganj Bazar around 8:30pm and received serious injuries in her head. Later, she was whisked off to Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College Hospital where doctors declared her dead.
