A one-legged Pallyab Kumar Karmakar, aged 11, maintained his success in the ongoing national talent hunt age-group swimming competition when he qualified for the next stage from the second phase at the Shaheed Syed Nazrul Islam National Swimming Pool in the capital yesterday, according to an ISPR press release.
Bangladesh Swimming Federation (BSF) in association with Bangladesh Navy has taken a long term swimming talent hunt programme for both boys and girls.
Pallyab, who hails from Chapainawabganj, is a class V student of Fatehpur. He also stunned with his swimming skills in the first phase selection trial.
