Two ‘arms traders’ held in Chittagong

Detective Branch (DB) of police on Monday night in a drive arrested two alleged firearms traders along with a Light Gun (LG) and two rounds of cartridge from city’s Bayazid Bostami area, said a press release sent yesterday (Wednesday) by Chittagong Metropolitan Police.

The two arrestees were identified as Shamchhida, 20, and Abu Tayub, 23. They were involved with firearms treading for long time, they confessed to police in the primary interrogation, the press release added.
