Colleague files rape case against SI

A woman police on Monday filed a case against a Sub-inspector (SI) of Rangunia police station in Chittagong on charge of rape and fraudulence.

The accused SI is Sanjoy Das. The case was filed with Md Rafiqual Islam of Women and Children Repression and Prevention Tribunal-1 court.
The court ordered the Police Bureau of Investigation to investigate into the accusation, said court sources.
The plaintiff of the case is now working at Police Barack at Tiger Pass under Khulsi Police Station in Chittagong.
