Judge of Dhaka Special Court-3 Abu Ahmed Jamadar passed the order after hearing arguments both from the prosecution and the defence.
Mahfuzur Rahman Likhon stood for Awami League MP while Mahmud Hossain represented the ACC. On September 9, 2015, a Dhaka court framed charges against Bodi in the case.
