Arrest warrant for Palli Sanchay Bank chairman

A Jhenidah court yesterday issued a warrant for the arrest of Palli Sanchay Bank for his alleged objectionable comments on Prime Minster Shaikh Hasina. 

The warrant was issued after Jhenaidah district unit Bangabandhu Smrity Sangsad and Pathagar President Mafizuddin filed a case against bank chairman Mihir Kanti Majumder with the court of Jhenidah Senior Judicial Magistrate-1 SM Maniruzzaman earlier in the day. 
The court, under the section of 500/506 (02), issued the arrest warrant for Mihir Kanti Majumder in the evening.
