Mahindra Comviva recently announced the launch of MobiLytixTM Flexible Coupon, a dynamic management tool that enables subscribers to select from open and segmented offers available at a single price point in a scratch card heavy market, says a press release.
Aimed at simplifying the complex recharge processes through vouchers, MobiLytixTM Flexible Coupon offers to address all the traditional recharge challenges faced by retailers and customers and empower them to avail ‘one price multiple benefits’ facility with its best offer recommendation engine.
Speaking on the launch, Amit Sanyal, business head, consumer value solutions, Mahindra Comviva said, “In most of the countries including Middle East and African countries, voucher based recharge is the most preferred way of recharging prepaid mobile services. Due to unavailability of flexible offers on scratch cards, the role of subscribers gets limited which produces challenges for retailers and operators.
