Dot bd down for hours

Dot bd (.bd), Internet country code top-level domain (ccTLD) for Bangladesh, was down from Tuesday night to 1:00pm yesterday causing much sufferings to its users.

Dot bd domain is maintained by government owned Bangladesh Telecommunications Company Ltd (BTCL).
BTCL official M Mashiur Rahman admitting the incident said that the problem is solved now. 
The number of dot bd domain  users is approximately 40,000. 
Dot bd domain owners said all .bd domains were down due to maintenance work of BTCL root name servers (Jamuna and Surma). Bd domain works for those ISPs (internet service providers) that has cached Domain Name System (DNS) record. Those ISP relies on root servers.
