Tofail off to Rome to join FAO meet

Commerce Minister Tofail Ahmed left Dhaka yesterday morning for Rome to join the 4th Ministerial Meeting on Agricultural Commodity Markets and Prices at FAO, reports BSS.
The meeting will begin today with the theme “Long-term Commodity Price Trends and Sustainable Agriculture Development”.
The commerce minister is participating in the meeting at the invitation of FAO Director General Jose Graziano Da Silva, said a ministry press release yesterday.
Bangladesh is committed to working with other countries to eliminate poverty and hunger under SDG-2030.
