Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal yesterday said the government would build 18 residential towers at different places of the country for the sake of security of members and officers of the police and their families, BSS reports. The home minister disclosed this in the Jatiya Sangsad while replying to a starred question from treasury bench member M Golam Mostafa Biswas. He said a project titled 'Construction of 18 Residential Towers' under funding of Annual Development Programme (ADP) has been undertaken for the purpose. The project is now under process with the Planning Commission, he added.
