The authority of Public Service Commission (PSC) yesterday put restriction on carrying any kind of electronic devices during the preliminary test of the 37th Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) examinations to be held on September 30, said a press release, reports BSS.
Restricting on carrying books, calculator, bag and all kinds of watches, the PSC said required numbers of wall clock will be installed at every examination center for seeing the time, the release added.
If the candidates carry any kind of electronic devices, they would be punished under the PSC rules and regulations. Eventually, they would be prohibited to take part in all examinations under PSC forever, the release said.
The two-hour long BCS preliminary test will be held simultaneously in Dhaka, Chittagong, Rajshahi, Barisal, Khulna, Sylhet and Rangpur centres from 9-30am to 11-30am on the day.
