Mad Max: Fury Road, created quite a buzz before its release especially when surprisingly Mel Gibson arrived at the movie premiere and posed with his replacement Tom Hardy. This was one of the anticipated movies of the year because it’s George Miller’s movie and the fourth film of Miller’s Mad Max franchise and the first film of the franchise in 30 years. George Miller is the director, producer, and co-writer of this Australian-American post-apocalyptic action movie. The reboot stars Tom Hardy, Charlize Theron, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Nicholas Hoult, Hugh Keays-Byrne, Riley Keough, Zoë Kravitz, Abbey Lee and Courtney Eaton into the main characters. For many it’s a new movie as the previous franchises was made 30 years ago that means it’s a completely new movie to a whole new generation.     
It’s an entertaining movie from the beginning. It has that perfect blend of wild action scenes and little bit of emotion. Once you start watching the movie it’s hard to get up from your seat till the end credit. Spoiler alert: The world has changed, due to nuclear war the world has turned into a desert. Water is an exceptionally precious thing to have and the war boy’s leader Imperator Furiosa is in control of that. Now one group tries to flee from that dreadful place and Max, a survivor of the war, comes to their aid. The story itself is quite fascinating and the actors gave fabulous performances. Tom Hardy fits in Mel Gibson shoes nicely and appeared in a completely new look. Charlize Theron the South African played a tough fighting character and looked wonderful in her role. All the other actors cheeped in exceptionally well with their brilliant performances. The movie is a smash hit from the box office point of view as the budget of the movie $150 million and so far it has earned over $347.4 million in the box office. For movie buffs who are a fan of the franchises and Mel Gibson it’s a must watch.
