2 held with bombs

Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested two men along with two crude bombs and sharp weapons at Khajura in Sadar upazila yesterday morning.

The arrestees were identified as Sazzad Hossain, 16, and Touhidul Islam Tuhin, 25, both hailing from the upazila. Company commander of RAB-6 of Jhenidah camp ASP Utpal Kumar Roy said tripped off, a team of the elite force conducted a drive at Khajura and arrested the duo from their respective houses along with two crude bombs and some sharp weapons at around 1 am.
