Principals should be academic leaders: NU VC

Vice-chancellor of National University (NU) Professor Dr Harun-or-Rashid yesterday said now our first priority is development of quality education at the colleges. The principals must have to be academic leader at their respective institution, reports BSS.
‘They (principals) should not remain limited with only signing files and doing routine works. They have to play a catalytic role in ensuring quality education at colleges”, he told an inaugural session of a workshop on ‘Education Administration and Management’ at senate hall on NU campus in Gazipur.
