GAZIPUR: Banesa Khatun, mother of senior journalist of Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha (BSS) Ataur Rahman, died of old age complications on Thursday night here. She was 76, reports BSS. She breathed her last at her own residence at Hyderabad in Gazipur at around 11.30 pm on Thursday. She left behind a host of well wishers including husband, four sons and a daughter to mourn her death.
