The revision trial of the Felani murder case resumed at a special court of Indian Border Security Force (BSF) in Cooch Behar district of Indian West Bengal state at 11:00 am yesterday, said advocate Abraham Lincoln, Kurigram public prosecutor and also the lawyer of the case from the Bangladesh side.
The court on March 25 tadjourned the case for four months following illness of assistant public prosecutor of the BSF. “The Indian government has admitted through the revision trail that the first verdict was not right. Now, a hope of getting justice has been created for Felani’s family and Bangladeshi citizens” said Lincoln.
