First Open Tennis from today

Walton First Open Tennis Tournament organised by Bangladesh Tennis Federation (BTF) and sponsored by Walton Group will commence today at the National Tennis Complex in the capital.

Over 200 players drawn from different affiliated units of the federation will take part in 13 events. The BTF will reward Taka 1.48 lakh as prize money to winners of different events. The men’s singles winner will get Tk 20,000 and women’s singles champion to receive Tk 12,000.
The State Minister for Foreign Affairs and president of Bangladesh Tennis Federation will inaugurate the tournament as chief guest. Walton Group Sports and Welfare affairs director FM Bin Anwar Don will be  present as special guest.
