Five promoted to secretary

Five additional secretaries, working as acting secretaries in different ministries and offices, were promoted to the rank of secretary yesterday. The newly promoted are -- acting Secretary of Ministry of Expatriate's Welfare  Shamsunnahar, acting Member of Planning Commission Abdul Mannan, acting Secretary of Religious Affairs Ministry Md Abdul Jalil, Chairman of Bangladesh Petroleum Corporation Mahmud Reza Khan and Rector of Bangladesh Public Administration Training Center ALM Abdur Rahman.
