Anti-militancy rallies will be held in all educational institutions under the Education Ministry on Saturday aiming to create united a voice against militancy and terrorism in the country, reports UNB.
In a circulation on Thursday, the Education Ministry asked the chiefs of all educational institutions to take necessary steps to hold rallies against militancy and terrorism in their respective institutions.
They have also been asked to ensure the participation of all students, teachers, guardians, civil society members, community leaders, religious leaders and media people in the rallies.
Zila education officers and upazila education officers will ensure the holding of rallies in the institutions of secondary and higher secondary levels while the University Grants Commission (UGC) at the university level.
