BNP observes founding anniversary in cities

Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) Gazipur district unit and city and district BNP unit of Barisal held separate rallies and brought out a colourfull processions marking the party’s 38th founding anniversary yesterday. 

A rally was held in front of district BNP office in Gazipur where secretary of Gazipur district unit Kazi Sayedul Alam Babul, Joynal Abedin Talukder, Hannan Miah Hannu, Kazi Khan, Nahin Ahmed Momtazi, Shahjahan Fakir, Shahidullah Shahid and Asaduzzaman Sohel spoke. Later, a colourfull procession was brought out that paraded the main street of the town and ended at Shibbari intersection
OUR Barisal staff reporter adds: The followers of city BNP  brought out a rally led by BNP city unit president Mujibor Rahman Sarwar in front of party office on Aswani Kumar Hall premises at 11:00am yesterday morning. 
The rally was brought out from Sadar road and paraded almost all the main roads of the city. 
A discussion meeting presided over by district BNP city vice president Moniruzzaman Faruk was held in front of party office. Central joint secretary of BNP Mujibor Rahman Sarwar attended the meeting as the chief guest. 
The meeting was addressed among others by city BNP secretary Ziauddin Sikdar,  Mezbah Uddin Farhad, Abul Hossain Khan, Mahabubul Haque Nannu, Parvez Akon Biplob, Altaf Mahmud Shikdar, Enayet Hossain Bachchu and others.
