Pirojpur lawyers not to defend militants

PIROJPUR: In an anti-militancy human chain lawyers of Pirojpur said they would not defend the militants in the district, reports BSS.
The human chain organized by Pirojpur District Lawyers Association yesterday at the court premises lawyers and assistants of the lawyers of the district participated.
General Secretary of district lawyers association Ahasanul Kabir Badal, senior lawyers Chandicharon Pal, M A Mannan, Khan Md Alauddin (PP), Shahidul Haque Panna (PP) and Kanai Lal spoke, among others, at the human chain.
