NARAIL: A three-day long 'Sultan Utsab' will start in front of Sultan Mancha on Narail Government Victoria College premises today afternoon to mark the 92th birth anniversary of renowned artist SM Sultan, reports BSS.
The SM Sultan Shishu Charu O Karukala Foundation and the Bengal foundation are organising the programme.
All preparations have been completed for holding of the programme, said the SM Sultan Shishu Charu O Karukala Foundation president Sheikh Hanif.
Deputy Commissioner of Narail also SM Sultan Foundation's president Helal Mahmud Sharif will attend the inaugural ceremony as the chief guest.
Professor Sumon Pal, Principal of Kolkata Art College will attend the concluding ceremony on Thursday, Hanif said.
Seminar on Sultan's life and work and cultural programmes will be held as part of the Utsab at Sultan Mancha.
