Bangladesh Short Film Forum completes 30 yrs

Bangladesh Short Film Forum, a pioneer organisation of independent films in the country, reached its 30th anniversary on August 24. To celebrate the 30 years of founding anniversary, the organization has arranged a two-day programme at the National Art Gallery of Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy, Segun Bagicha in the city. The programme will be inaugurated today at 10am, while different renowned media personalities will be present. Later on, a panel discussion on ‘Swadhin Dharar Chalachitrar Tin Doshok, Safolya and Berthota’ will be held. Tomorrow, the films of 80s will be screened at 10:30am, while the films of the 90s will be screened at 3pm. The programme will also feature the films of recent times, which will be screened at 5:30pm.
