Babu to release new album this Eid

Fazlur Rahman Babu, who is immensely popular mainly for his outstanding acting skill among the viewers, is going to release his second solo album titled ‘Hiramon Pakhi’ this Eid. Earlier the actor-singer caught the audience’s attention with his singing talent, when he lent his vocal to a song for Giasuddin Selim’s film ‘Monpura’ in 2009. Besides having a few mixed albums to his credit, Babu previously released his first solo album titled ‘Dubadubi’ a few years ago.
His new solo album features as many as 10 songs, which will be released under the banner of CMB. DhakaLive has news that Babu completed the recording of the songs for the album on Sunday, a day before his birthday. Babu said about his new album, “Each of the songs followed folk and romantic genres. Therefore, tune of the songs has been done in the same way. But Litu has kept the modern style in the music arrangement. To tell the truth, I always sing for the general audience, so that they can sing my song, and my songs can touch their hearts in a simple manner. Basically, I am an actor. I sing only because of the demand of my fans and audience. I am really hopeful about my new songs.”
On the other hand, Fazlur Rahman Babu-starrer new film ‘Oggatonama’ was released on August 19.
