World’s thinnest laptop comes to Bangladesh

HP Spectre, the world’s thinnest laptop, has been launched in Bangladesh.  

HP Inc unveiled the world’s thinnest notebook for the first time in the country yesterday at the Radisson Blu Water Garden in the capital.   
The company has come up with five slimmest notebooks. All the five products have contained unique colours and traits as well.      
“Today we have created a history by launching the slimmest notebook that has ever been produced. Our aim was to bring back the obsession in the notebook industry. We have seen different versions of tabs, laptops, and personal computers in the market, but the notebooks are here to stay and it will be,” Imrul Hossain Bhuiyan, sales manager of HP Bangladesh, said at his inaugurating speech.  
“The impeccable design, marvelous colour, durability, and unique traits have made the product more exclusive”, he added.  
“The HP Spectre is the thinnest notebook in the world, and unlike the majority of other super thin PCs on the market, this laptop doesn’t compromise power or features,” said Anneliese Olson, general manager, HP Asia pacific and Japan.   
 “The width of the notebook is so thinner that it can be comparable to the thinnest pencil battery. CNC (Computer Numeric Control) machined aluminum chassis as thin as an AAA-battery at just 10.4mm. All the notebooks are so thinner that it can also be carried anywhere”, she said.
“Some customers want thin and light PCs for on the go while other customers want power and performance to create and store. The products are made up with aluminium and carbon fiber,” she added.
“The average life expectancy of a battery is 10 hours,” she replied.   The model of the products was, HP Spectre which was 13.3” diagonal, HP envy with 15.6 inch diagonal. 
All the top officials of HP Bangladesh were present at the event.
