Youth killed in Jessore

A truck driver was killed as another truck hit him at a filling station in Rajarhat area of Sadar upazila yesterday morning.
The deceased was identified as Babu Hossain, 30, son of Golam Hossain of Gopalpur village of the upazila.
Officer-in-charge of Kotwali Police Station Elias Hossain said the accident occurred when a truck hit Babu at the filling station at about 11 am while he was taking oil for his vehicle. Critically injured Babu was sent to Jessore 250-bed hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. A case was filed in this connection.
