Mohammad Ashraful will soon start his individual practice in a bid to play domestic cricket under Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB).
He first appeared in Mirpur after the end of three-year suspension that he received for his involvement of spot and match-fixing in Bangladesh Premier League (BPL).
Former Bangladesh captain said that he has come to the board today to talk about his permission for the practice.
“I have been practicing alone since last three years. Today I have come to BCB to take permission to use the facilities of the board. Hopefully I could get it within the next two-three days,” said Mohammad Ashraful yesterday.
When asked about getting the assurance from the board, the former national captain said, “I was suspended from cricket so many days. It has been ended. Now I will get the facilities. But I want to have written assurance for it. I’ve to wait few a days for this.”
