ACC arrests ERD admin officer

The Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) on Tuesday arrested an administrative officer of Economic Relations Division of  the Finance Ministry from Dinajpur in a graft case, reports UNB.
ACC deputy assistant director Md Kamruzzaman of its Dinajpur zila office arrested administrative officer Shaharul Islam from Balubari area of Dinajpur district town, ACC public relations officer Pranab Kumar Bhattachariya told UNB. On May 6, 2014, a case was filed against him with Birgani Police Station, Dinajpur, for allegedly swindling about Tk five lakh from a person alluring him to give a job in the Economic Relations Division  of the ministry.
