One killed in Natore road accident

NATORE: A night guard was killed in a road accident at Baro Harishpur bypass area in the district town here yesterday morning, reports BSS.
The deceased was identified as Ali Hossain, 50, inhabitant of Bezpara Amheti village of Natore sadar upazila.
He was working as night guard of Baro Harishpur Bazar area of the town.
Police sergeant Hamidul Islam of Zhalmalia Highway Police Camp said, the accident occurred when a Dhaka bound truck coming from Chapaina-wabganj hit Ali in front of Monwara Petrol Pump area of the bypass . A team of Natore Fire Service Station rescued the injured from the spot and sent to the Rajshahi Medical College Hospital. He died on the way to hospital.
