Student killed in road crash

CHITTAGONG: Tanjina Neherin, 22, a 4th semester student of Department of English of International Islamic University Chittagong (IIUC) was killed in a head-on collision between a Dhaka bound truck and a Chittagong bound bus, in Fakirhat area of Kumira under Sitakunda upazila of the district yesterday noon. The Chittagong bound bus was carrying female students, reports BSS.
Sergeant Mohammad Rafique, in- charge of Fauzdarhat police outpost said 11 female students, including Tanjina Neherin, were injured in the head on collision.
