Veteran singer Syed Abdul Hadi’s new album titled ‘The Legend Syed Abdul Hadi’ is going to hit the audio market this August 10. DhakaLive has news that on the occasion of album launching, a programme will be arranged at the capital’s Dhaka Club on the same day.
Syed Abdul Hadi’s upcoming album has included many timeless hit songs rendered by the singer in the 60s, 70s and 80s. Besides the singer’s modern songs, the album also featured many of his lost songs. With a suggestion by the production house, a number of his patriotic songs and playback tracks have also been incorporated into the album.
Among his modern songs, ‘Amar Pratham Dekhar Se Khantire’, ‘Sob Kichhu Mor Ujar Kore’, ‘Eso Kichhuta Somoy Rekhe Jai’, ‘Tumi Na Thakle’ and ‘Ami Sonar Harin Dharte Giye’ are notable tracks in the album. Besides, the patriotic songs such as ‘Amar Ja Achhe Sobi Debo Tomay Ago Janmobhumi’, ‘Ei Mati Amar Ma’ and playback tracks like ‘Ki Habe Ganer Sur Hariye Gele’, ‘Keno Tare Ami Eto Bhalobaslam’, ‘Chaturi Janena Mor Badhua’, ‘Manush Hoiya Janmo Laiya’ have been sung in a fresh manner. Alongside 25 songs those are rendered recently with the new music arrangement, 20 other songs rendered previously by Hadi are also in the album.
However, the album is a collection of 45 songs by Syed Abdul Hadi and it is coming up in four CDs in one package.
Syed Abdul Hadi said, “To the audience, I want to say that it will be a unique album worth to have in the collection. Because of you only, I have worked so hard. If you like it now, all my hard labour is meant to be successful.”
Enamul Haque, managing director of the audio production company, informed that considering about the audience, the price of the album has been fixed at Tk 500 only.
