Free medical services in hospitals

Medical services will be rendered free of cost in all the public hospitals across the country from 9 am to 12 noon on the National Mourning Day on August 15 commemorating the 41st anniversary of martyrdom of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, reports BSS.
The patients will be provided also with blood test, diabetes, blood pressure and other medical examinations and medical services free of cost during the period. The decision was taken at a meeting on National Mourning Day programmes with Health and Family Welfare Minister Mohammad Nasim in the chair.
