Abu Dhabi based airline 'Rotana Jet' recently began its operation in Bangladesh, says a press release.
Rotana Jet will initially operate three weekly flights on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Flights will be operated by Airbus A319 with 120 seat capacity.
The airline plans to operate to Chittagong Shah Amanat Int’l Airport from July 2. Also three weekly flights will be operated between Dhaka and Abu Dhabi on Mondays, Thursdays and Sundays, the statement added.
Passengers from Bangla-desh will enjoy convenient connections via Abu Dhabi to destinations like Dubai, Doha, Bahrain, Muscat, Beirut, Kuwait and others in the GCC countries and Levant.
Each passenger will be allowed generous 20kg baggage allowance.
Rotana Jet was founded in 2010 and having its operation based at Al Batin Airport in Abu Dhabi.
The airline, other than scheduled services, also operates chartered services.
Speedy Int’l Limited, a concern of Sheltech Group, has been appointed as the general sales agent (GSA) of the airline for Bangladesh.
