BTCCI for boosting Bangla-Thai trade ties

Bangladesh Thai Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BTCCI) has placed a number of proposals, including further simplifying Thai business visa process, for boosting bilateral trade and investment between Bangladesh and Thailand, reports UNB.
BTCCI Board of Directors met newly appointed Thai Ambassador to Bangladesh Panpimon Suwannapongse at the Thai Embassy here recently and placed the proposals, said a chamber press release yesterday.
BTCCI sought steps to make easier the multiple-entry visa for the business community, more involvement of BTCCI in the Thai trade fair and other relevant Thai programmes.
