Sanjida Khanam, 22, a second year student of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU), has been suffering from blood cancer, says a press release.
Sanjida Khanam is now receiving radio-chemotherapy at the university hospital. She hails from Savar Bazar in Savar. Doctors suggest that Sanjida needs advanced treatment which involves around Tk 10 lakh but it is quite impossible for her father, Shamsul Haque, who is a low-paid accountant, to afford the cost of such an expensive treatment.
So her father sought financial help from the well-off of the society, charitable organisations.
Contributions can be sent to Md Shamsul Haque, Savings Account No. 0141120056776, Al-Arafah Islamic Bank, VIP Branch, Paltan. For further information, interested people may contact to this mobile no. 01630 770522 or send money by bKash using the same number.
