4 AL leaders suspended

Habiganj: Awami League on Saturday suspended its four leaders in the district on charge of breaching party discipline, reports UNB.
The leaders facing the music are Abul Hashem Mollah Masum, joint general secretary of the district AL, its treasurer Abdur Rahman, Shah Md Muslim, president of the Madhabpur upazila AL, and Benu Madhab Roy, president of the Madhabpur municipality unit of the ruling party.
Shah Fakhruzzaman, deputy press secretary of the district Al, said the suspension came following a decision at a meeting at the party office around 2.30pm.
