Amari Dhaka, one of the most exclusive and premiere luxury hotels in the capital, is offering an amazing Theme Night experience for the food lovers at its Amaya Food Gallery from the month of August. During the theme nights, guests will get the opportunity to experience four separate Asian and international cuisines highlighted weekly four times a month. With these special theme nights, Amaya will be highlighting cuisines famous from specific International countries; featuring an interactive experience with various separate live cooking stations that allow guests to taste the authenticity of cuisines from the country ethnic chefs. Every first week of the month, Amaya Food Gallery will present Indian Royal Cuisine every Sunday through Wednesday featuring in order special dishes per day like curries, biryanis, tandoori and South Indian cuisine.
The second week of every month will highlight the flavours of Thailand with the Siam cuisine such as Tom Yam, Thai street food delicacies, curries and authentic Som Tam every Sunday through Wednesday in the following order per day.
Japanese and Chinese cuisines will be highlighted on every third week of the month. Chinese Dim Sum, Japanese Udon and Soba noodle soups, Chinese noodle soups and Japanese Chirashi flavours will be served every Sunday through Wednesday in the following order. Every fourth week of the month starting on Sunday to Wednesday, there will be international cuisine highlighted per day with Western BBQ, Spanish Paella, Italian Pastas and Peruvian Ceviche in that order. With a large tradition of various European influences, combining these cuisines based on multiple cultural heritage and traditions, inspired by world famous celebrity chefs.
